Devsbrain Content Sync automatically shares your blog posts to multiple social media platforms the moment you hit publish. No more manually copying and pasting content across networks. This plugin handles it all for you. Your API tokens are stored securely and never exposed.

External services

This plugin uses the WordPress AI Client (built into WordPress 7.0+) to generate content and images. The AI Client connects to an AI provider configured by the site administrator.

The following provider plugins are recommended: – AI Provider for Ollama (https://wordpress.org/plugins/ai-provider-for-ollama/) – AI Provider for Google (https://wordpress.org/plugins/ai-provider-for-google/) – AI Provider for OpenAI (https://wordpress.org/plugins/ai-provider-for-openAI/)

Data sent: Post content or prompts are sent to the configured AI provider for generation. Terms of service and privacy policy depend on the provider chosen by the site administrator.

Facebook Graph API

  • What it is: Meta’s Graph API used to publish posts and images to Facebook Pages.
  • What data is sent: Post content (title, excerpt, permalink), featured image data, and Page ID are sent to Facebook’s API. An access token is used for authentication.
  • When: Only when a post is published or manually synced to Facebook.

Instagram Graph API (via Facebook)

  • What it is: Meta’s Graph API used to publish images and captions to Instagram Business accounts.
  • What data is sent: Image data, captions, and user tokens are sent to Facebook’s Graph API on behalf of Instagram. An Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Page is required.
  • When: Only when a post is published or manually synced to Instagram.

Devsbrain AI (ai.devsbrain.com)

  • What it is: Self-hosted AI service (Ollama-based) operated by the plugin developer for content and image generation.
  • What data is sent: Post content and prompts are sent only when a user explicitly triggers AI generation. No personal data is collected or stored.

Source Code

The source code for this plugin is included in the src/ directory within the plugin package. The plugin uses Vite as its build tool.

To regenerate the compiled assets: 1. Navigate to the plugin directory 2. Run npm install to install dependencies 3. Run npm run build to compile assets

The src/ directory contains all React/JSX/TSX source files. The assets/*/dist/ directories contain the compiled output.
