Easy Setup

1. Install and activate the plugin
2. Go to FeedbackVault settings in your WordPress admin

This plugin interacts with the following third-party services to enable business reviews and location features:

1. Google Maps Platform

   • Purpose: To display maps, locate business places using Google Places API, and collect/display Google business reviews.
   • What is sent: The business name or address from your settings and your Google API key are sent to Google’s Places API and Maps API endpoints. User IP addresses may also be sent as part of the HTTP request.

2. Trustpilot

   • Purpose: To fetch and display Trustpilot business reviews via public Trustpilot URLs and/or API endpoint.
   • What is sent: The plugin sends your configured Trustpilot review page URL or business identifier to Trustpilot in order to fetch reviews or business details.
