Requirements

Installation Steps
- Upload the plugin to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory or install it through the WordPress plugin directory. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Navigate to PetBridge in the WordPress Dashboard.
- Follow the setup instructions to connect your PetBridge account.
- Add PetBridge shortcodes to pages where adoptable pets should appear.

Data is transmitted to the PetBridge service when:

Data sent to the service may include:
- Your shelter’s PetBridge Client ID
- Search filters selected by visitors (species, breed, age, sex, size, etc.)
- Basic browser request information required to load embedded content
The plugin itself does not store visitor personal information in the WordPress database.
