Disable Admin WP Cron Notice For UpdraftPlus

An UpdraftPlus extension to remove the 'DISABLE_WP_CRON' admin notice if the site is using a server cron.
This plugin disables the admin notice from UpdraftPlus that warns the user that ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’ is enabled. However, if the site is relying upon the server’s crontab, the notice is just in the way.
