Free version: The Freemius SDK is included solely to display upgrade and pricing information within the admin dashboard. The free version skips the account connection and does not connect to Freemius servers during normal use. Clicking “Upgrade Now” opens the Freemius checkout page in your browser.
Pro version: Freemius connects to its servers for license activation, plan management, and account-related operations. Data that may be sent: site URL, WordPress version, plugin version, admin email address, and license key. No personally identifiable information beyond the admin email is collected without your consent.
