YS LeadGen – Popup & Form Builder to Capture More Leads, Grow Subscribers & Boost Sales

Turn your website visitors into email subscribers, leads, and paying customers. No code needed.

YS LeadGen is a popup and form builder for WordPress. It helps you grow your email list. It helps you get more leads. It helps you stop losing WooCommerce sales when people leave their cart.

Build exit intent popups, opt-in forms, coupon popups, spin-to-win wheels, and lead forms — all from your own WordPress dashboard, with no separate app and no outside account required.

  • Design everything in a visual, drag-and-drop editor — no code, no developer needed.
  • Embed forms anywhere on your site with a simple shortcode or block — in your sidebar, footer, or inside a post.
  • Works with the page builder you already use — Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, Beaver Builder, or Bricks Builder.
  • Your lead data stays inside your own WordPress database. It only leaves if you turn on an integration yourself.

Most visitors won’t buy or sign up the first time they land on your site. They look around, get distracted, and leave — and that’s exactly the moment YS LeadGen is built to catch, turning that visitor into a subscriber, a lead, or a sale.

Popup Types You Can Build

  • Exit Intent Popups — catches a visitor right as they try to leave, giving you one more chance to turn them into a subscriber or a sale instead of losing them for good.
  • Lightbox Popups — a popup in the middle of the screen. Good for email opt-ins, coupon codes, or WooCommerce offers, because it’s impossible to miss.
  • Coupon Popups — shows a discount code at the right moment, so hesitant shoppers get the nudge they need to buy.
  • Floating Bars — a small bar at the top or bottom of your page for shipping info, announcements, or countdowns, without covering your content.
  • Slide-In Popups — slides in from the corner of the screen, letting you promote an offer without blocking the page or annoying your visitor.
  • Fullscreen Popups & Welcome Mats — takes over the whole screen so your best offer gets a visitor’s full attention the moment they land.
  • Countdown Popups — shows a live timer to create urgency, helping a limited-time sale, launch, or webinar sign-up convert faster.
  • Spin-to-Win Popups — a gamified spin-the-wheel game where visitors spin to win a coupon, turning a plain signup form into something fun to interact with.
  • Multi-Step Popups — breaks a long form into a few small steps, making it feel easier to finish and helping you collect better-quality leads.
  • Yes/No Popups — asks a simple question first, then shows the right offer based on the answer, so each visitor sees something relevant to them.
  • Inline Forms — a signup form placed inside your blog post or page content, for capturing email leads without any popup at all.
  • Embedded Forms — a lead capture form you can place anywhere, like your sidebar or footer, using a shortcode or block.
  • Survey & NPS Popups — asks visitors for feedback or a rating, giving you a direct line to what’s working and what isn’t.
  • Social Proof Popups — shows recent signups or sales to build trust, which makes new visitors more likely to convert too.
  • Video Popups — shows a YouTube, Vimeo, or your own video inside a popup, great for product demos or webinar replays.
  • Content Lockers — hides content until a visitor signs up or takes an action, turning gated content into a lead generation tool.
  • Age Gate & Cookie Consent Popups — checks a visitor’s age or collects cookie consent, keeping you compliant without extra plugins.

What You Get for Free

The free version of YS LeadGen already includes the features most people need:

  • Exit intent popups — no upgrade needed, so you can start recovering lost visitors from day one.
  • Spin-to-Win popups — included, not a paid add-on, so you can gamify your email opt-ins right away.
  • WooCommerce cart recovery — works for any store, helping you win back sales that would otherwise be lost to cart abandonment.
  • Unlimited popup views — no limit on how many times your popups can show, so your traffic can grow without hitting a wall.
  • Your own data — leads and reports stay in your WordPress database, not on someone else’s server, so you’re never locked into anyone else’s platform.

An Easy Popup Builder With Ready-Made Templates

You don’t have to start from a blank page. Search the template library by goal, industry, or popup type, then change the colors, text, and layout in the visual editor. This means you can launch a campaign in minutes instead of building one from scratch. No code needed — this works for all popup types, including countdown timers and spin-to-win wheels.

Exit Intent: Catch Visitors Before They Leave

Exit intent watches for signs that a visitor is about to leave, like moving the mouse toward the browser’s close button. When this happens, it shows a popup right away. This gives you one more chance to turn that visitor into a subscriber or a customer.

You can also show different popups to new visitors and returning visitors. A new visitor might see a welcome offer. A returning visitor might see a cart reminder instead.

Show Popups to the Right Visitors, Based on Behavior

Show a popup only on certain pages. Show a different popup by device or browser. Show a popup only to people who came from a specific ad or email link. You can also target people based on what they already did, like closing a popup before or viewing several pages. This kind of targeted popup means each visitor sees an offer that’s actually relevant to them, instead of the same message shown to everyone — which usually means better conversion rates and fewer annoyed visitors.

Popup Analytics and Email Marketing Integrations

Built-in reports show you how many times each popup was seen, how many people signed up, your conversion rate, and — for WooCommerce stores — how much money each popup made. All of this is right inside your dashboard, so you always know which campaigns are actually working instead of guessing. You can also connect your email marketing service, so every new lead is added to your list automatically — no exporting spreadsheets or copying emails by hand.

Grow Your Email List

Add newsletter forms and popups wherever you want. Show a form after someone reads half of a blog post. Show it right when they are about to leave. Or show it as soon as the page loads — it’s your choice. Once someone signs up, connect your email service so the new subscriber is added automatically. No spreadsheets. No copying and pasting.

Stop Losing WooCommerce Sales to Cart Abandonment

Someone adds a product to their cart, then gets distracted and never comes back. This happens at almost every store, every day. Show a discount code, a friendly reminder, or a limited-time offer right when a shopper is about to leave checkout. This small step can turn a lost sale into a finished order. You can build these popups around specific products, categories, or cart value.

Collect Leads for Any Kind of Business

Not every website sells a product. Some collect quote requests. Some book appointments. Some gather support questions or webinar signups. You can build a form for any of these. Every submission is saved in your own WordPress database. You can search it, filter it, or export it to a CSV file anytime.

When Should Your Popup Show Up?

  • Exit Intent — shows when someone is about to leave the page, giving you one last chance to keep them. Works on desktop and mobile.
  • Time Delay — shows after a set number of seconds, so visitors see your offer once they’ve had time to look around, not the second they land.
  • Scroll Depth — shows after a visitor scrolls down a set amount, so you reach people who are actually reading, not just passing through.
  • Click Trigger — shows when someone clicks a button, link, or image, so the popup only appears when a visitor asks for it.
  • Inactivity — shows if a visitor stops interacting with the page, re-engaging someone before they drift away.
  • Page Load — shows as soon as the page opens, ideal for announcements you want every visitor to see right away.

Who Should See Your Popup?

  • Show it only on certain pages, posts, or categories, so each part of your site shows the offer that fits it best.
  • Show a different popup on desktop, tablet, or mobile, so the experience feels right on every screen.
  • Show it only to people who came from a certain ad or email, so your message matches what brought them to your site.
  • Show new visitors a welcome offer. Show returning visitors a different message, so you’re never repeating yourself to the same person.
  • Set a start date and end date so the popup runs on its own, without you needing to remember to turn it off.
  • Set a limit so the same visitor doesn’t see the popup too many times, keeping your site from feeling pushy.

WooCommerce Features

  • Cart abandonment recovery popups — win back sales that would otherwise be lost.
  • Exit intent offers at checkout — one more nudge before a shopper leaves without buying.
  • Coupon code popups — give hesitant shoppers a reason to complete their order.
  • Popups by product or category — show the right offer to the right shopper.
  • Upsell and cross-sell popups — grow your average order value.
  • Collect emails before checkout — build your list even from visitors who don’t buy yet.
  • See how much money each popup makes — know exactly which campaigns are worth keeping.
  • Show product suggestions based on what’s in the cart — help shoppers find what they didn’t know they needed.

A Form Builder Built for Lead Generation

Beyond popups, YS LeadGen includes a full form builder for collecting leads anywhere on your site — in a popup, embedded in a page, or inline inside a post.

  • Email opt-in and newsletter signup forms — grow your list on autopilot.
  • General lead generation and contact forms — for quote requests, bookings, or any inquiry your business needs.
  • Multi-step forms with custom fields — collect more detail without scaring visitors off.
  • GDPR consent checkboxes — stay compliant without extra plugins.
  • Google reCAPTCHA spam protection — keep your leads list clean, not full of bots.
  • CSV lead export, any time — take your data with you whenever you need it.
  • Instant email notification on new leads — follow up while the lead is still warm.

Popup Reports

  • Popup Views – how many times a popup was shown, so you know how much reach a campaign is getting.
  • Lead Conversions – how many people who saw the popup became a lead, the number that tells you if it’s actually working.
  • Conversion Rate – what percent of visitors took action, so you can compare campaigns fairly, even ones with very different traffic.
  • Revenue Generated – how much money WooCommerce sales made because of a popup, so you can see the real return, not just guesses.
  • Device Performance – how the popup did on desktop compared to mobile, so you know where to focus your design.
  • Campaign Results – a simple overview of each popup’s results, for a quick check without digging through numbers.

Email Marketing Integrations

Connects with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Omnisend, GetResponse, Drip, Brevo, and Klaviyo, so every new lead is added to the list you already use, automatically. For any other service, use Webhooks.
