Requirements

To use this plugin you need an active account on Agentia (includes paid plan). You can register at https://www.soyagentia.com.

External services

This plugin connects with the Agentia service (operated by Agent IA S.A.S, NIT 901976734, Colombia) to process the AI chat conversations.

Data sent to the Agentia service:

• When the administrator logs in: email and password of their Agentia account.
• When a visitor uses the widget: name, email, and message content that the visitor voluntarily provides.
• Unique site identifier (apiKey generated at registration).

When data is sent:

• Login: only when the administrator clicks ”Sign in” on the plugin configuration page.
• Chat messages: only when a visitor sends a message through the chat widget.
• Widget configuration: when the widget loads on a page of the site.
