OpenAI API: Used to process natural language queries and generate responses when the OpenAI provider is selected in the settings. When a user interacts with the chatbot, their chat prompts are sent to OpenAI’s servers.

Google Gemini API: Used to process natural language queries and generate responses when the Gemini provider is selected in the settings. When a user interacts with the chatbot, their chat prompts are sent to Google’s servers.

Dragwyb Feedback API: Used to submit optional user feedback and diagnostic reports directly to the developers from the WordPress admin dashboard (https://feedback.dragwyb.com). Data is only sent when the site administrator explicitly submits the feedback form.
