Flatzer Chat
Flatzer Chat connects your WordPress site to Flatzer, a SaaS platform that deploys AI sales chatbots for small businesses. Once you paste the widget key from your Flatzer dashboard, the plugin loads the Flatzer chat widget on every front-end page of your site so visitors can talk to your AI sales assistant.
The widget runs inside a Shadow DOM, is loaded with defer, and is designed to never break your site’s layout or scripts. If no widget key is configured, the plugin loads nothing at all.
Third-party service
This plugin is a connector for the external Flatzer service and does not work without a Flatzer account:
- On every front-end page load, the plugin loads the widget script
widget.jsfromflatzer.com. - The widget then connects to the Flatzer service to power the chat: visitor messages typed into the chat window, plus standard technical data involved in serving the widget (such as IP address, browser user agent, and the page URL the widget is embedded on), are sent to and processed by Flatzer.
- No data is sent to Flatzer until the widget script is loaded, and the script is only loaded when you have saved a valid widget key.
