Floynk for WooCommerce

Floynk for WooCommerce is the official free plugin from Floynk for Dutch and Belgian merchants who sell on Bol.com through WooCommerce.

It uses the same repricer engine as paid Floynk, but is capped for starters: you manage everything inside WordPress, not in the Floynk web app. Install it, open Floynk in the admin menu, and follow the setup wizard. Every screen in the plugin is available without a license check or trial countdown — limits are enforced by your free Floynk account on the server, not by hiding features in the plugin.

Free plugin — limits

This plugin is fully functional on its own, with these limits on the free Floynk account it creates or connects to:

• 500 products max with repricing turned on — you can import more offers, but only 500 can be active at once
• ”Hunt now” / manual price check = once per minute per product — automatic background repricing is not affected
• No Floynk web app — no login at app.floynk.com; no orders, stock sync, or multi-channel dashboard
• Bol.com connect in WordPress only — one WordPress site and one Bol.com seller account per free account
• Uninstall + delete account = all data gone — repricers, imports, and settings are permanently removed from Floynk when you delete the account from plugin settings

What this plugin does

• Bol.com repricer for WooCommerce products — set min/max prices, activate offers, hunt competitor prices, and restore pricing from the product edit screen
• Bol.com account wizard in wp-admin — add, verify, list, and remove seller accounts without leaving WordPress
• Repricer settings — global hunt behavior, timing, price rounding, and default min/max formulas
• Optional product fields for purchase price, shipping cost, EAN, and brand (enable in settings if you do not already have them elsewhere)
• Onboarding wizard for first-time setup inside wp-admin

Scope

This release is built around Bol.com repricing and Bol.com account management. It does not handle WooCommerce checkout, payments, or basic order processing — that stays in WooCommerce and your existing order tools.

This plugin connects to the following third-party services. By using this plugin you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these services.

Floynk API (https://app.floynk.com)

• What it is: Hosted repricing and Bol.com account services operated by Floynk B.V., used when you connect the plugin and manage repricers from wp-admin.
• When data is sent: When you connect your store, save settings, update min/max prices, run a hunt, or manage Bol.com accounts — typically when you use Floynk screens in wp-admin or when repricing runs for active products.
• What data is sent:
  • Connection credentials for your store (as an Authorization header)
  • WordPress site URL and name
  • WooCommerce product data needed for repricing (for example SKU, EAN, name, price, stock)
  • Repricer settings and price bounds you configure in the plugin
  • Plugin, WordPress, PHP, and WooCommerce versions (for compatibility)

Bol.com (https://www.bol.com) — indirect, via Floynk

The plugin does not call Bol.com directly. When you connect a seller account in the Bol.com wizard, credentials are sent over HTTPS to the Floynk API and used server-side for offer management and repricing.

Privacy

This plugin does not set cookies on your storefront, does not track site visitors, and does not load third-party scripts on the public site. Admin requests related to repricing and Bol.com accounts go to the Floynk API after you connect the plugin.
