MetriPrice – Price Calculator & Product Configurator for WooCommerce
MetriPrice turns any WooCommerce product into a configurable, custom-priced product. Shoppers pick options and quantities or enter dimensions in metric or imperial units; the plugin computes the price on the server with your formula, waste percentage, roll/box rounding, tiered prices or a width×height price matrix — and shows it as a live, line-by-line receipt. Whatever needs a custom price — products, services, print jobs, rentals — you can build a calculator for it.
And it goes deepest where generic calculators stop — measurement-heavy stores:
- Wallpaper — price per m² with roll rounding and cutting waste
- Flooring — box coverage rounding with underlay extras
- Fabric, curtains, blinds — linear meters with cutting margin
- Glass, signage, countertops — any width × height pricing
12 field types: quantity (with −/+ stepper), dimension (with unit selector and ft+in compound input), text (with character counter), checkbox, radio, toggle, dropdown, range slider, live summary card, HTML block, divider, total display. Choice options can carry color swatches and per-option prices.
Everything in this plugin is fully functional — nothing is locked:
- Formula engine with a safe whitelist parser — no eval, ever
- Four pricing modes: per-unit, tiered (bracket or graduated), free-form formula, width×height price matrix
- Metric ↔ imperial unit conversion (canonical server-side units)
- Waste percentage + ceil-to-roll/box rounding + minimum quantity
- Server is the only price authority: the browser never computes or submits a price — only raw measurements travel

MetriPrice Pro
MetriPrice Pro is a separate plugin sold on metriprice.com — it is not part of this download. This plugin bundles the Freemius SDK, which powers optional usage tracking, in-dashboard upgrades to MetriPrice Pro and licensing for Pro customers.
- What it is and why: Freemius is a licensing and distribution platform for WordPress plugins. It renders this plugin’s Upgrade/Pricing pages and, only if you explicitly opt in on the activation screen, collects diagnostic data to help us support you.
- What is sent and when: Nothing is sent unless you opt in. If you opt in, Freemius receives your site URL, WordPress/PHP versions, plugin version and the administrator’s e-mail address, on activation and on periodic update checks. Declining the opt-in leaves the plugin fully functional.
