Simple Diagnosis

This plugin allows you to easily create ”diagnostic quizzes” that calculate a score based on questions and choices, then display results depending on the score range. You can create and manage multiple quizzes within your site, and display them on any page using a shortcode. The result field supports HTML, enabling flexible and customizable designs.
