AgentoWine Chatbot is the official plugin to integrate the AgentoWine AI chatbot into your WordPress site.

External Services
This plugin relies on AgentoWine, a third-party service, to provide its functionality. The plugin does not load anything and does not send any data until you enter your Client ID in the settings page.
Once a Client ID is configured, the plugin loads the chatbot widget script from https://chatbot.agentowine.com/chatbot.js on the public pages of your site. When the chatbot is active, the following data is sent to AgentoWine servers:
- the configured Client ID, to identify your AgentoWine account, on every page where the widget is loaded;
- the messages that your visitors type into the chat, in order to generate the assistant’s replies;
- standard technical data included in any web request (such as IP address, browser user agent and site language).
