This plugin stores lead information (name, email, phone, message) in your WordPress database.

Third-Party Services

This plugin connects to external services when configured by the site administrator. No data is sent to any external service unless the administrator explicitly enters API credentials and enables the feature.

1. Authyo API (for OTP verification) The plugin uses the Authyo API (app.authyo.io) to send and verify OTP codes for email and phone number verification. User email addresses and phone numbers are sent to this service during the OTP verification process.

2. OpenAI API (for AI chatbot — optional) When the AI chatbot feature is enabled with an OpenAI API key, visitor chat messages and knowledge base content are sent to OpenAI’s API (api.openai.com) to generate responses.

3. Anthropic Claude API (for AI chatbot — optional) When the AI chatbot feature is enabled with a Claude API key, visitor chat messages and knowledge base content are sent to Anthropic’s API (api.anthropic.com) to generate responses.

The plugin connects to only ONE of the above AI providers at a time, based on the administrator’s selection. No data is sent to any provider unless the administrator explicitly configures the API key.

9. URL Import (for knowledge base — optional) When an administrator imports a webpage URL into the knowledge base, the plugin makes an HTTP request to the specified URL to fetch its content. Only URLs explicitly provided by the administrator are fetched.

10. Webhook URL (admin-configurable — optional) When the site administrator configures a webhook URL, lead submission data (name, email, phone, message) is sent as a JSON POST to the configured external URL. Only activated when explicitly configured by the administrator.

All API keys are encrypted using AES-256-CBC before storage in the WordPress database. No visitor data is shared with external services beyond what is described above.
