Source Code

The admin interface is built with React (Vite). The full, unminified source code is included in the plugin under assets/admin/src/. The compiled output is at assets/admin/build/.

To rebuild the admin assets:

1. cd assets/admin
2. npm install
3. npm run build

oEmbed video providers When an instructor sets a lesson video to the “Embed” source type, the plugin uses WordPress’s built-in oEmbed (wp_oembed_get()) to fetch the embed markup from the provider of the URL the instructor supplies (any provider on the WordPress oEmbed allowlist, e.g. Dailymotion, Wistia, TED). – Data sent: the video URL the instructor entered, plus a standard server request, to the matching provider – When sent: server-side, when a lesson with an “Embed” video is rendered – Service URL: depends on the provider URL the instructor supplies – Terms / Privacy: governed by the chosen provider’s own terms and privacy policy

Gravatar Used to display user avatars (students and instructors) when a custom avatar has not been uploaded.
