For Owners:

Security:

• Proper permission checks using current_user_can(‘manage_options’)
• Reclamos and reservations cannot be deleted to maintain complete history
• Reservations can be canceled by admin (marked as canceled, not deleted)
• Reclamos can be closed by admin (status change, not deletion)
