Purpose of the service: The service is used to analyze abandoned cart events and to provide automated recovery features such as email delivery verification, statistics, recommendations, and insight analysis.

Data sent to the Rivio service: – A unique identifier for the WordPress website. – Cart-related events (cart creation, updates, abandonment, recovery, and purchases). These data relate only to cart activity and product information and do not include personal customer data unless explicitly provided by the store owner. – Anonymous and aggregated analytics data used to generate store performance insights. These data do not identify individual visitors. – User behavior events (such as page views, product views, engagement metrics, and conversion-related actions) only when GDPR Consent is disabled or when the visitor has explicitly granted consent. – Product information required for cart recovery, analytics, and marketing features (such as product IDs, names, prices, and quantities). – The store owner’s email address and account information required to generate and manage an API key. – Email templates created, edited, or generated through the service. – Artificial Intelligence features are used only upon explicit request by the store owner and are limited to generating marketing content, email templates, and actionable insights. – All other store data remain hosted locally on the website unless explicitly synchronized by a feature enabled by the store owner.

When data is sent: – Cart, cart item, analytics, and product-related data are synchronized automatically through a scheduled background task (approximately every 5 minutes). – Anonymous and aggregated analytics data are synchronized periodically to generate store insights and performance reports. – User behavior data is synchronized only when GDPR Consent is disabled or when the visitor has explicitly granted consent. – Other data, such as email templates, settings, and AI-generated content, is sent or retrieved only when the store owner interacts with the plugin or modifies these elements. – API key generation, account registration, and license validation occur only when requested by the store owner.
