Rubat AI Chatbot

This plugin allows site administrators to enable the Rubat AI customer chatbot by adding the required scripts to the site’s head. Admins can toggle the feature and set their Company ID in Settings → Rubat AI Chatbot.

When enabled, it loads the widget script from dashboard.rubatai.com and initializes ChatbotWidget with your Company ID and endpoints.

Privacy

This plugin, when enabled, loads a script from https://dashboard.rubatai.com and sends data to Rubat AI endpoints to operate the chatbot. Review your privacy policy and disclose usage accordingly.

Privacy and Data Handling

AI Customer Chatbot The AI Customer Chatbot collects and stores customer information and conversation data to provide support and maintain interaction history.

Information Collected – Customer Name — Full name provided by the customer (Required to start a chat session.) – Email Address — Email address provided by the customer. – Phone Number — Optional phone number (Stored if provided.) – Consent and Agreement Data — Privacy agreement. – Automated Decision-Making Consent — Consent for automated processing and AI-driven responses.

Conversation Data – Chat history — Complete conversation log stored. – Conversation summary

External services

This plugin connects to Rubat AI cloud services to operate the chatbot and related features. The services are required for initialization, configuration, and saving chat interactions.

What data is sent and when: – Company ID: sent at initialization to load configuration. – Optional user info: if enabled (collectUserInfo: true), pre-chat form fields are sent to create or update a user profile. – Chat messages and metadata: messages, timestamps, and session identifiers are sent during chat to generate replies and to save chat history.
