SORS API for WooCommerce

SORS API for WooCommerce enables direct communication between your WooCommerce store and the SORS business system.

The plugin allows you to: * choose database and business unit * choose document type for sending orders * send WooCommerce orders to SORS * sync product catalog * sync stock and prices * sync product images

Requirements: * WooCommerce installed and active * access to the SORS API service

All API parameters are configured inside the WordPress admin.

External services

This plugin connects to the SORS API service (https://api.sors.rs) provided by Softkom to sync data between WooCommerce and your SORS database hosted on Softkom infrastructure. The API enables exchange of: * business unit list * product catalog * product images * product groups * customer list * customer creation * inventory levels * customer debt * outbound documents (invoices, invoice-delivery notes, reservations, returns, delivery notes)

Data sent: * API key (Authorization header) * selected database and business unit IDs, price type, stock mode selections * product identifiers (product ID/SKU) when syncing catalog, inventory, prices, and images * inventory quantities and prices when syncing inventory * order data when order export is enabled: order number, dates, items (product ID/SKU, quantity, unit price, discount), and customer note * customer data when checking/creating customers: name/company, email, phone, billing address, city, postal code, country, VAT/PIB

Data is sent when: * you manually start catalog/inventory/image sync or enable scheduled sync * a WooCommerce order is created and order export is enabled * customer lookup/creation is performed during order export

Privacy policy (summary): This privacy policy applies to data processing within the SORS API service that enables connection of third-party systems (e.g., WooCommerce online store) with the SORS business system.

Softkom does not have direct administrative access to customer databases except where explicitly contracted for technical support, does not process customer database data beyond what is necessary for service maintenance, does not use such data for marketing, and does not provide access to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law. Depending on the enabled features, the API service may process: * product data (name, code, price, quantity) * stock data * order data * customer data (first name, last name, address, email, phone) * technical data (API keys and system identifiers) Data is processed solely for the purpose of integration and system operation. Data transfer is performed via a secured HTTPS connection to the API endpoint: https://api.sors.rs The online store owner is considered the data controller of end-customer data, while Softkom d.o.o. acts as the data processor within the API service.

API access (summary): Customers with an active database subscription can contract paid access to the API service. Softkom applies appropriate technical and organizational measures for data protection during transmission. The customer is responsible for the legality of the transmitted data, required end-user consents, and the security of their access data and API keys.
