This plugin uses the ForCookie external service for cookie validation and banner functionality:

The plugin sends your domain name and API key to the ForCookie service for license validation. The cookie banner script is loaded securely from ForCookie’s servers only after a valid API key is supplied by the site administrator.
Configuration
After activation, visit Settings > ForCookie to: – Enter your API key – View license information – Enable/disable the cookie banner – Check your subscription status
