This plugin solves one very simple problem. WordPress did not include an alt or title tag to go with its gravatar usage. This fixes the problem by pulling the additional info from Gravatar and inserting it into the image alt/title. Fixing a bunch of errors that get generated by SEO reporting tools looking for broken alt/title tags.
