WPG Site Doctor adds a private support page inside wp-admin for WordPress site owners who need help with bugs, errors, updates, or general site issues.

The plugin includes:

• A support request form that lets the site owner contact the developer directly from wp-admin.
• Optional screenshot upload with the support request.
• A local log of recent support requests stored in the site database.
• A floating admin button for quick access to the support page.

Support request data is sent only when the user explicitly submits the form.

Privacy

This plugin does not send data automatically.

When the support form is used, the submitted details may be emailed to the configured support address so the developer can review the issue and respond.

The plugin stores the last 5 support request summaries locally in the WordPress database for admin reference.

The plugin does not sync support request history to external services unless the user explicitly submits the support form.
