Third-Party Service

This plugin connects your WordPress site to the Webivus AI platform for AI-powered site management. A Webivus account is required for the plugin to function. Important: the plugin makes zero outbound network calls until you explicitly click Connect on the Webivus AI admin page.

How consent works

When you activate the plugin it does not contact api.webivus.com. Instead, the Webivus AI admin page shows a consent screen listing exactly what data will be transmitted, where it will go, and what will never be sent. Outbound communication only begins after you click the Connect button. You can disconnect at any time — disconnecting immediately stops all communication with the Webivus servers.

Information sent to Webivus

• Your site URL, site name, WordPress version, and PHP version
• Your WordPress admin email and admin username (used to attach the site to your Webivus account)
• Names, versions, and active/inactive status of your installed plugins and themes
• Counts of posts, pages, comments, and users grouped by status and role (no individual user or post content)
• Server environment basics (server software, PHP extensions)
• An auto-renewing signed access token used by the Webivus dashboard to talk back to your site securely

When information is sent

After you click Connect:

• Once when you click Connect (initial site registration)
• On demand when you take an action from the Webivus dashboard
• On change when a plugin or theme is installed, activated, deactivated, updated, or removed
• Once a day when the access token is automatically refreshed (so the connection never expires unexpectedly)

What is never sent

• User passwords (admin or otherwise)
• Email addresses of your customers, subscribers, or other site users
• Post or page content, customer data, or order details
• Database backups or credentials
• Raw file contents from your server filesystem

Your control

• Disconnect at any time from the Webivus AI admin page — communication stops immediately
• Click Reconnect to resume; you’ll be asked to re-confirm consent

• Delete the plugin to remove all connection data and stored options
