BZOTech Theme Core

BZOTech Theme Core is the companion plugin for supported BZOTech WordPress themes. It provides custom post types, Elementor widgets, WordPress widgets, demo import integration, and other functionality required by compatible BZOTech themes.

  • Provides the demo import integration required by supported BZOTech themes.
  • Requires a supported BZOTech theme and the Redux Framework plugin to be installed and activated.

• Custom Post Types

  • Registers the custom post types used by supported BZOTech themes, such as Header, Footer, Mega Menu, and Layout Templates.
  • These post types are available only when a supported BZOTech theme is active.

• Custom Elementor Widgets

  • Provides the Elementor widget integration used by supported BZOTech themes.
  • Requires both a supported BZOTech theme and the Elementor plugin to be installed and activated.

Getting Started

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Install and activate a supported BZOTech theme.
3. If you want to build pages with Elementor, install and activate Elementor.
4. Import the demo content from Appearance → Import Demo Data (or the location provided by your theme).
5. Start customizing your website using the included Elementor widgets, templates, and WordPress widgets.

This plugin is intended for use with BZOTech themes and is required to enable their full functionality.

External Services

This plugin connects to the BZOTech demo content server to provide the “One-click Demo Import” feature.

• What the service is: BZOTech’s demo content server (bzotech.com and its subdomains, e.g. bw-medxtore-importer.bzotech.com), used to host demo images/media for the paired BZOTech theme.
• What it is used for: When you click “Import Demo Content” / “Import Media” in the theme’s importer, the bundled WordPress Importer library downloads the demo images referenced in the local demo XML file directly from BZOTech’s demo server so your site’s content matches the theme preview.
• What data is sent: Only standard HTTP GET requests to fetch specific image/media file URLs. No personal or site data is transmitted to BZOTech as part of this request.
• When data is sent: Only when the site administrator manually triggers the demo import/media import action from the theme’s admin screen. It is never triggered automatically.
