This plugin connects to Jubvo (https://jubvo.com), a third-party AI chat service, to provide its core and clearly described functionality.
What it does: When a site administrator enters a “Bot ID” and enables the plugin, it loads the Jubvo chat widget script (https://jubvo.com/widget.js) on the site’s front end.
What data is sent and when: Only when a visitor interacts with the chat bubble and sends a message. The visitor’s typed messages and any image or PDF files they upload are sent to Jubvo’s servers to generate a reply. The plugin does not send any personal data automatically before a visitor starts a chat. On the admin side, the plugin only embeds the widget script with the Bot ID; it does not collect or send any other data.
