Time zones and scheduled tasks
Appointment dates and times use the WordPress site time zone unless a staff-specific time zone is configured. Reminder and maintenance tasks use WP-Cron, so low-traffic sites may benefit from a real server cron that calls WordPress cron regularly.
Customer and staff access
Customer dashboards require a logged-in WordPress account whose email address matches the booking email. Staff dashboards require a staff record linked to the logged-in WordPress user and the appropriate plugin capability.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Administrators can configure a cutoff period. Eligible customers can cancel or reschedule through secure self-service controls without receiving access to other customers’ bookings.
Data retention
The plugin can anonymize finished appointments after a configured number of days. Permanent database deletion during uninstall is optional and must be enabled by an administrator before uninstalling.
External services
Administrator-configured webhooks
The plugin can send booking-event data to an HTTPS webhook URL configured by a site administrator.
The webhook is contacted only when an administrator enters an HTTPS endpoint and explicitly enables the feature. Depending on the event, transmitted information may include the appointment reference, service, staff identifier, customer name, customer email address, customer telephone number, appointment date and time, booking status, quantity, price, currency, and event metadata.
Sensitive booking-management tokens, cancellation tokens, rescheduling tokens, payment tokens, API credentials, OAuth credentials, webhook secrets, and similar authentication values are excluded from the payload.
The destination service and its privacy practices are selected and controlled by the site administrator, so there is no single third-party privacy policy or terms URL that applies to every configured webhook.
ThemeKaddora product page
The plugin does not contact ThemeKaddora automatically. When an administrator clicks an Upgrade link, the browser opens: https://themekaddora.com/items/kaddora-appointments-booking-calendar-and-scheduling/1060
No booking or customer data is transmitted by the plugin when displaying the Upgrade page.
