What the service is and what it is used for: The Netsights.ai API is used to send your store’s orders, customers, products, and checkout events to the Netsights.ai platform. This enables real-time revenue intelligence, D2C analytics, persona insights, and performance tracking.

What data is sent and when: – Orders: Order details, line items, customer information, payment method, shipping details, and attribution data (UTM parameters) are sent when orders are created, updated, or status changes occur. – Customers: Customer profiles including email, order history, and billing/shipping information are sent when customers are created or updated. – Products: Product catalog data including prices, stock levels, categories, and variants are sent during initial import and when products are updated. – Checkout Events: Checkout completion events with full attribution data are sent in real-time when orders are placed. – Daily Sync: A daily reconciliation sync runs at 2:00 AM server time to ensure data consistency, sending orders modified in the last 26 hours, full product catalog, and active customer data.
