How It Works:

1. When an order fails during checkout, it’s marked as “failed” in WooCommerce
2. Navigate to SaleSaver in your WordPress admin sidebar
3. View failed orders with customer details
4. Select specific orders or send recovery emails to eligible failed orders
5. Customers receive a recovery email with their order details and a direct link to complete payment

Pro Features:

Pro users can recover pending-payment and on-hold orders, automate initial and follow-up campaigns, process bulk sends in the background, track signed email opens and recovery-link clicks, verify addresses with Reoon, use AJAX bulk actions, review activity and security events, and use persistent object caching where available.

Privacy: Recovery emails use your existing WordPress mail system. SaleSaver stores recovery activity on WooCommerce orders. If a Pro merchant enables engagement tracking, signed open and click events are stored on the order. If the merchant connects Reoon, selected customer email addresses are sent to Reoon for verification under the merchant’s Reoon account and privacy terms.

Compatibility: Tested with WooCommerce 11.0 and WordPress 7.0+
