WholesaleNode for WooCommerce

WholesaleNode for WooCommerce gives you the core B2B features you need to get started with wholesale on WooCommerce — without paying anything. Every byte of data created in the free version is stored in the same database tables and meta keys as WholesaleNode for WooCommerce Pro, so upgrading to Pro is seamless with zero migration or data loss.

What’s Included (Free)

Wholesaler Role A single wholesaler user role is created on activation. It inherits all WooCommerce customer capabilities so checkout and account pages work normally out of the box.

B2B Registration & Approval Add extra fields (Company Name, Phone, VAT number, etc.) to the WooCommerce registration form using a drag-and-drop field builder in the admin. New registrations are held as Pending until an admin approves or rejects them from the Users screen. Email notifications are sent on registration and on each approval decision.

Hide Price for Guests Hide product prices and the Add to Cart button from logged-out visitors sitewide. Choose a replacement message, a login redirect, or an inline login popup. Optionally show a Request a Quote button in place of the price. Override the setting per product from the product edit screen.

Product Visibility by Role Restrict individual products to logged-in users only, or to Wholesalers only. Guests and users without the required role are redirected to a configurable page. Visibility is set per product from the product edit screen.

Basic Discount Rules Apply a percentage or fixed-amount discount per product for the Wholesaler role. Rules can target all products, specific products, or a saved Product List. Rules are prioritised and managed from a simple admin table under WholesaleNode → Discount Rules.

Product Lists Create named collections of products by manual selection. Product Lists can be used as targets in Discount Rules and are stored in the same database table as Pro, so they carry over on upgrade.

Quote Request Form Place the shortcode [woowsn_quote_form] on any page or post to display a quote request form. Customers can submit their name, email, phone, product, quantity, and a message. Submissions appear in the WholesaleNode → Quote Requests admin panel and trigger an admin email notification on each new submission.
