Today’s new theme is dirty and grungy-looking—but that’s just what makes it so good! Let’s take a look at Greyzed.
While Greyzed might look rough it’s been carefully designed and it isn’t short on features. Starting at the top, it has a really sharp drop-down menu ready for our new menus feature. Visit Appearance → Menus and you can order the links here any way you like.
The distinctive Greyzed design elements are repeated throughout your blog and finish off nicely at the bottom of each page with an optional extra-large widgetized footer in the same tough style. Visit Appearance → Widgets and add any Widget to Footer Left, Footer Middle, or Footer Right, to create your own unique footer.
Greyzed is available today in your WordPress.com dashboard under Appearance → Themes and, for WordPress.org users, in the WordPress.org themes directory.

NB. this theme needs a little girly touch, then it’d be better! (for me haaha :D)

Wow. this is very almost brilliant!
What I would like to see though, is something a bit like the blackletterhead theme, with some contrasting coloured flowers (pinks, purples) and then the drop down menu at the top.. too much to ask for I know, but it would be awesome and fit right into the dark/girly idea!

This dark urban theme is just what my role play blog needed to give it an edgy and rougher look. I used to have a theme that was more like a newspaper, but I’ve since changed to this theme and find my blog looking better.

This is the one for us… his name is David Gray and the band is Minor Gray. It’s just rough enough without going over the top. The red drop-down is the greatest finishing touch. Much thanks for your service at WordPress. I love it here.
If I’d had a blog ten years ago I’d used it. I feel I’ve become a little bit softer since then, so I rather use a softer kind of blog.
Almost there.. but looks weird with my content, still waiting for something clean, wide, wold be nice to have 3 columns but not plain text. Waiting… 🙂

Wow, I wish I’d had this option when I created my blog, now I’m kind of used to the “old” theme… But I’ll give it some thought, because I really love the organization, the color, the design… the EVERYTHING.
Almost perfect and I say this just because there’s always the chance to improve everything 🙂
It’s nice but can WordPress have more “girly” themes because there’s only a couple? I agree with leocheungblog.
Some “girlier” themes are on the way.
I like several of the new themes but they’re all fixed-width. I use a flexible width theme because I link it to my website and need that feature. How about making some more flex-width themes? I’d love to mix mine up or use some of these newer features but can’t.

Great theme. It’s really good for thriller stories and for crime blogs. Great effort by the WordPress team. We appreciate. I’m once again requesting to add a theme specially for “2010 FIFA World Cup – South Africa”
I think we might be a little late for the 2010 World Cup but more sportier themes sounds like a good suggestion.
I do like this because it’s very very different to the standard template! If my blog were a little but cooler I’d switch to it 😀
