Jetpack Subscriber import error: «The email address is undeliverable»

    A subscriber who has been registered for 3 years stopped receiving post notifications. When I tried to re-import or add them manually, I received an email notification with the following error: «The email address is undeliverable» for the address [(correo electrónico visible solo para moderadores y personal)].

    The user confirms that their email address is active, correct, and fully operational. Could a Happiness Engineer please check your global bounce logs and clear/unblock this email address from your system so they can receive updates again?
