Jetpack Subscriber import error: «The email address is undeliverable»

A subscriber who has been registered for 3 years stopped receiving post notifications. When I tried to re-import or add them manually, I received an email notification with the following error: «The email address is undeliverable» for the address
ja***@pepitauva.com.The user confirms that their email address is active, correct, and fully operational. Could a Happiness Engineer please check your global bounce logs and clear/unblock this email address from your system so they can receive updates again?

Buenos días.
Disculpa la tardía respuesta. He estado analizando el email y su dirección fue bloqueada debido a que tenía la cuenta llena y tuvimos varios errores de bounce intentando mandarle la newsletter.
Lo he desbloqueado, lo que debería permitir volver a ser invitado / añadirse a la lista. No obstante, si sigue teniendo la cuenta llena, puede volver a quedar bloqueado.

The email still looks blocked. The only thing that can help once the block is lifted is making sure that the Pause Email option is not enabled here: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions.
