Refund Problems

Good morning,
On 07/03, I made a purchase with a debit card. However, I am not satisfied with some functionalities and operation of the service, so I requested a refund. To my surprise, on 08/03, I noticed the refund to my account for the total amount. Unfortunately, on the same day, I also noticed ANOTHER DEBIT FOR THE SAME AMOUNT on my bank account, along with the refund of taxes upon canceling the purchase being charged again. It seems that I am being charged again for a service that I do not want at the moment.
Thank you for your time, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I was initially happy to use your service, but this experience has been very disappointing. If you assist me, I will be delighted to tell you why I request the return.
