    ביצעתי הרשמה בתאריך ה5 באוגוסט, ומיד לאחר מכן ביטלתי. שלחתם לי מייל שהחיוב בוטל ותזכו לי את בכרטיס אשראי, אך אני לא רואה שבוטל

    I can see a refund has been processed and the purchases have been cancelled.

    The refund should appear on the statement within 10 days of the purchase being refunded.
