  Hello,

  I am trying to find a solution to overlaying text on top of a featured image, which comes down in a separate box if rendered on mobile. An example of what I am talking about can be found on NCSU. If you render the page in mobile (Inspect element > mobile viewing tool ) you can see how the text drops below the featured image.

  Any help would be much appreciated.
