プラグインを更新したら表示できなくなりました。

今回の場合、WordPress がプラグイン VK Blocks Pro でエラーを捉えました。
と出ていて
リカバリーモードでと書いたURLで進んでも、Recovery Mode not initialized.
と出るだけです。
どのように対応したらいいでしょうか？ -
