    ログイン画面からログインしようとするとパスワードが違うとのことでパスワードの再発行をしても再発行のメールが届きません。

    Hi there,

    When I try to log in from the login screen, the password is different, so even if I reissue the password, I do not receive the reissue email.

    You need to contact XServer which is your hosting provider. They are the ones that’ll be able to help you recover access to your site.

    The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using. You can learn more about these differences here:
