    我是2018年9月24日注册的Wordpress的账户，明细里只包含了36英镑的年度套餐，并没有域注册的费用。在我不知情的情况下，今年的8月24日竟然默认我延续一年的套餐，一共是55.1英镑。同样，36英镑是下一年的年度套餐，但是我并不打算续费并且毫不知情，所以我申请了36磅的退款，并且退款成功。但是除了36磅之外，里面却多了一个明细：那就是域注册19.1英镑的费用！我想知道为什么去年刚注册的时候并没有这笔款项，今年却要多添加这笔费用，并且没有办法退款！我想请问论坛里的各位，这19.1英镑的费用到底是怎么来的，如何将域注册19.1英镑退掉！谢谢大家！

    Domains are only free for the first year. From the second year onwards, the domain renews at an additional cost to the plan. This was made clear in the renewal reminder emails we sent you, and you would also have received an email notifying you that our renewal terms were changing in this regard in November last year.

    Domain names are only refundable for 4 days after registration and renewal. We recently extended this from the 48-hour refund period it was in the past.

    Your plan and domain renewed on 24 August. On 29 August you contacted live chat support for help with a refund. When our support agent asked you to confirm what you want to do, you did not reply. They also followed up via email, to which you also did not reply.

    Our logs show you subsequently cancelled the plan yourself on 29 August, and received a refund for the plan, but you only cancelled the domain today, 5 September, so completely outside of the refund period.

    At this point we can still restore the domain to your account so you can continue using it, but we are no longer able to refund the renewal cost of this domain.

    Also please be aware that we can only restore a domain for a limited time after cancellation. If you wait too long to request that there will be an additional fee to restore the domain, or restoring the domain might not be possible at all.
