手机APP显示无法检索站点信息

    当我使用手机APP时，点击【设置】，然后过了几秒会自动离开界面，显示“无法检索站点信息”，所以无法进行设置，请问如何解决？

    Hi there,

    When I use the mobile app, click [Settings], then after a few seconds, I will automatically leave the interface and display “Cannot retrieve site information”, so I can’t set it. How can I solve it?

    This is likely because you haven’t added a domain to your site yet. The app is not designed to work with sites that on an IP address only. You will see this is also preventing Jetpack from working correctly on your site:

    Please contact your hosting provider for help to properly add a domain to your site. Then disconnect and reconnect Jetpack, and log out of and back into the app.
