  Hi there,

  There is no background button in the background. How can I add a background?

  The background for your theme is set in the editor itself.

  Edit your page at My Site ->Site ->Pages

  The section with the navy background at the top is made by a number of blocks added inside a Group block. If you select the outer-most Group block, you can change the background for that section from the block settings.
