    您好，我上个月26号提交了退款，但是现在已经7号了还没有收到退款。请问可以帮我核实一下吗？

    I can see the refund has been processed, and this should appear within 10 working days of the process being processed. I would consider reaching out to the bank to see where that may have landed on the account.

    Hi there,

    We processed the refund back to you on 7/26– we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.

    However, tomorrow is the 10th business day, so you may want to wait to see if anything is processed tomorrow before reaching out to them.
