  您好，我在2月多就已經點後台取消續訂方案了，但我現在才看到信用卡還是扣款並幫我續訂了，再麻煩協助處理退款部份，謝謝！

  You canceled the plan 18 days after it was renewed, so we cannot issue a refund now. Plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.

  I can restore both your plan and domain so you can use them for the extra year you’ve already paid for.
