  您好：

  我在使用手機及平板開啟wordpress.com上的部落格時，會出現隱私權與Cookie的通知，我想點擊關閉並接受，但那個按鈕會跑，導致怎麼按都無法關閉通知，可否請協助修復bug，謝謝！

  Hello,

  When I’m using a phone and a tablet to open a blog on wordpress.com, it’s a notification of privacy and cookies, and I want to click and accept it, but that button would slip away every single time and make me fail shuting down the notification, please help fix the bug, thank you!

  Hi bypage,

  I’ve checked iampageblog.wordpress.com on my mobile but haven’t been able to see any issues with the cookie banner. Can you confirm which browsers and devices you are having trouble with? The browser version number can be found on supportdetails.com.

  Just let me know and I will do some testing.

  My devices and browsers are iPhone SE/iPad mini 4 (iOS version 12.0.1 )with safari 12. Thank you for the help!

  I just downloaded Google Chrome to check iampageblog.wordpress.com on my mobile, the issue remains there. I’m not sure if it is not the problem of browsers. For your infomation, thank you!

  Hi @bypage, I’m checking from another location on my android and I see what you mean.

  My best guess right now is that it’s conflicting with one of your widgets. And I noticed your Social Media Icons widget is on the really old version. Would you be willing to temporarily remove that to see if it helps at all?

  Hi there,

  The problem is your theme. The Runo-lite theme you’re using was retired last year, so it was not updated to work with the cookie banner when that was introduced earlier this year.

  I will report this to our developers, but as this is a retired theme this might not get fixed. So you might want to consider changing your site to a theme that’s still being supported.

  You can find all our currently-supported themes at My Site ->Themes.
