  When the account is deleted, the user name cannot be entered.

  It was very clearly stated when you deleted that account, the username could never be used again, https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/#usernames-cannot-be-re-used-after-closure.
  Let’s wait for help from Staff, they sometimes can restore a deleted site.
