Hello, I am attempting to get a refund for a WordPress.com Premium Upgrade which was charged to my Paypal Account on 4 st February 2014,
Can you arrange to refund me, please. The details are Purchase: WordPress.com Premium (http://hatahaha.wordpress.com)

I’d be happy to refund your WordPress.com Premium Upgrade for you. Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I can refund your entire Premium purchase, including your domain hatahaha.me. This will lead to a total refund of $99. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name.
If you’d like a complete refund, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing hatahaha.me, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.
2) If you want to keep your domain, I can refund your Premium purchase, less the domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of $66. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, hatahaha.me, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

I’d like to know if I choose second way, can I use this link(domain name) on my own website?
If it’s okay,how can I set this system?Besides,$33 for domain name is just for a year? or I can use it for all time?

If you keep your domain, you are welcome to use it anywhere you would like. If you don’t want to use it with your WordPress.com blog, you can point it to another website host or transfer it to another registrar.
The cost for renewing your domain name is $33 per year, so you will need to continue to renew it each year if you want to keep ownership of the domain. Please let me know if you have any questions about that.
If you want to go ahead and do that, please just reply to confirm and I will cancel and refund the rest of the WordPress.com Premium upgrade (everything except your domain name).

Sorry, after consider I decided choose first selection which refunds $99.

We have sent the refund, but it can take about a week for you to see the refund on your bank statement. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. :)
