    My husband Steve CANTWELL and I both have WordPress blog sites. He posts to his site a few times a year. Mine is rather inactive…I want to post but find life to be all-consuming:)

    We Thought that information might be helpful when I ask my question: we seem to have been charged multiple times in the past few months. I believe I just set up a free basic blog site(Maura CANTWELL). We do not understand the multiple charges to our account. Can you explain the type of account we each have, what the charge is and when that charge should be posted to our account? Can you also check to see if we have been charged more than we should?

    My husband’s site is called “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”
    I believe mine just uses my name.

    Hi Maura,

    As you said, your site is on the free plan.
    Your husband, however, seems to be on plan Premium and uses a custom domain. He can see all the details while logged into his account from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    You can also search for any WordPress.com charge here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/, if that’s easier.
