    My plan is a free plan. Please cancel the debit of $1800 to my a/c and credit back the amount to my a/c.

    I do not see any recent charges of $18 under the account you are contacting us from. Is there another account that you are referring to? There was a charge for $18 back in March of last year, but the window for refunding that purchase has long passed.
