  I had one account I switched from an android to an iPhone and now the account will not transfer over and made me start a new one please help me get back to my other one

  It’s not really possible to merge two different accounts, but you can transfer your sites from one account to the other: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/.

  That said, you shouldn’t have problems accessing your account on any device. I wonder if you’ve signed in using Google or Apple accounts, and that’s what is causing you problems? Remember that you can always reset the password from https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.
