  What is the URL of the site you’re looking for? Your account only owns the free site, https://bernrds.wordpress.com/, last updated in 2017, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

  It’s impossible for two WordPress.com accounts to use the same email. If you’re using that email to log into “WordPress” anywhere else, you’re likely using it for the admin account of a stand-alone WordPress site at another hosting provider. Such a site doesn’t have any connection to WordPress.com.
