2 Accounts under the Same Email

Hello! I was tasked with working on a specific site through a google non-profit email account. The site administrator made me an account using this email, which I was unable to access. I used the same email to create another WordPress account, thinking I could gain access, but ultimately I was not able to. However, the administrator of the site I should be working on has made me another WordPress account on the same email, though I still cannot access it. However, on her end, it appears like it is a functional account.
