  I have a wordpress account and unfortuntaly i changed my mobile phone which had the authenticator app on for Microsoft.
  I restored from I cloud but it did not restore the 2 factor details for wordpress. How can i get back into my admin account please?

  That’s the moment you must use one of the backup codes instead of the former 2FA-code, you received when you set up 2FA and were strongly adviced to keep them on a safe place.
